General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Minimum Order Requirement 

The minimum purchase amount for any order placed through our online grocery platform is $50 before taxes, fees, and additional charges.

 

2. Environment-Friendly Shopping Bag Charge 

To support sustainability, all orders are packed using reusable, environmentally friendly shopping bags.

A $2 bag fee applies for every $50 spent ($50+, $100+, $150+, etc.).

 

3. Delivery Area and Availability 

Delivery is available Island wide in Aruba and must be scheduled in an available delivery time slot.

 

4. Order Changes and Cancellations 

Customers may modify or cancel an order up until the cutoff time shown during checkout.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be changed or canceled.

 

5. Substitutions 

If an item is out of stock, we may offer a substitution of equal or higher value.

 

6. Pricing and Payment 

All prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of order placement through approved online payment methods.

 

7. Delivery Conditions 

Someone must be present to receive the order at the scheduled time.

We are not responsible for the condition of perishable items left unattended after delivery.

 

8. Returns and Refunds 

Items are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report the issue upon receipt for potential refund or replacement.

If the customer is not available to receive the order, it will be returned, a store credit will be issued and a $25 restocking fee will apply.

 

9. Updates to Terms 

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or app.
